The only place where you can actually see the palm tree shape! We went for the non-prime morning slot to avoid crowds and it was perfect. The interactive museum at the start was surprisingly interesting too.
The view is 5 stars, especially at sunset. However, it gets very busy. We booked the 'Next Level' ticket which gives access to floor 54 - definitely worth the extra cost for the open-air photos without glass reflection.
I've done Burj Khalifa and Dubai Frame, but this is my favorite. seeing the water and the villas from above is unique. The access through Nakheel Mall is very convenient with the monorail.
